曾智红律师

曾智红律师 汉路律师事务所高级合伙人，主任律师，中国民主同盟会党员.毕业于北京大学法学院，先后取得法学学士学位和国际商法硕士学位。

自2000年开始从事法律职业以来，先后担任过某中级人民法院法官，英国史密夫国际律师事务所中国法律顾问，美国盛德国际律师事务所中国法律顾问，上海汉路律师事务所主任。曾智红律师在风险投资、公司金融、不动产、诉讼仲裁方面有丰富的经验。擅长并购、税务、劳务关系和公司治理相关的法律服务。

executive partner, he had practiced in Herbert Smith and Sidley Austin for

years as an international transaction lawyer.

John has significant experience in venture capital establishment, corporate

financing, real estate development, and litigation & arbitration in China.

He also specializes in M&A, taxation, employment, corporate governance in

China.

John is fluent in Mandarin and English. He is also a CPA holder and graduated from Law School

of Peking University.
